This Privacy Policy describes how Nextier ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Live 4D Results mobile application ("App"). By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Favorite lotteries you have saved
- Tracked numbers and alert preferences
- App settings (refresh interval, preferences)
- Onboarding completion status
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party services:

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) including: your name, email address, phone number, physical address, financial information, contacts, photos, or precise location.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used solely for the following purposes:
- App Functionality: To display lottery results, save your preferences locally, and provide search/tracking features.
- Advertisements: To display banner and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob, which funds the free availability of the App.
- App Improvement: Aggregated crash reports help us identify and fix bugs.
3. Third-Party Services
Our App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
3.1 Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your device settings.
3.2 Google Play Services
Required for core functionality on Android. Google Play Services may collect device information and usage statistics.
3.3 Lottery Data API
The App fetches publicly available lottery draw results from third-party data providers. These API requests contain no user-identifiable information beyond your device's IP address (inherent to any internet request).
4. Data Retention
- Local Data: Stored indefinitely on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
- Third-Party Data: Governed by the respective third-party's retention policies (see Section 3).
- Our Servers: We do not operate servers that store user data.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Google AdMob: Device identifiers and ad interaction data for ad serving (as described in Section 3.1).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
6. Your Choices & Rights
6.1 Advertising Preferences
- Opt out of personalized advertising: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- Reset your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings.
6.2 Data Deletion
- Clear all locally stored data: Settings > Apps > Live 4D Results > Storage > Clear Data
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data permanently.
6.3 Permissions

7. Data Security
We implement appropriate measures to protect information:
- All API communications use standard HTTP protocols.
- Local data is stored in the app's sandboxed storage, inaccessible to other applications.
- We do not store sensitive data on remote servers.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to third-party services.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Lottery results content is intended for adult audiences only.
9. International Users
The App is primarily designed for users in Malaysia and Singapore. If you use the App from other jurisdictions, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
