Live 4D Results is a free mobile application that provides:

• Real-time display of publicly available 4D and lottery draw results from Malaysia and Singapore
• Historical results browsing (up to 365 days)
• Number search across all supported lotteries
• Favorites management and number tracking
• Result sharing via messaging platforms

Supported lotteries: Magnum 4D, Da Ma Cai, Sports Toto, Singapore 4D, Sabah 88, Sandakan 4D, CashSweep, and Grand Dragon Lotto.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without written permission
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling activities

6. Advertisements

• The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support the free availability of the service.
• Ad content is managed and served by Google and third-party advertisers.
• We do not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised in the App.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers.
• Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability & Modifications

• We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
• We may release updates that change features, fix bugs, or modify the user interface.
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you share from the App

10. Termination

• You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
• Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nextier regarding the use of the App.
